Week 7
I finished up week 6 over the weekend. Between my bday and being unusually busy with the kids, it ended up being not my best week. I took Saturday as my full rest day and caught up on Sunday. My eating was pretty crappy, too. This week is a different story, though. I'm eating 100% clean and back on track with workouts, too. Yesterday was Imax 2 Blast Mania in the morning, ARX and Chest, Shoulders & Tris in the afternoon. I'm glad I don't have to do THAT one again for a few weeks. I was WIPED OUT! I'm glad today's only Plyo X and Stretch Max. Did I really just say that?? ONLY Plyo?? Yikes! See what doubles has done to me?? lol. I'm enjoying the workouts, but I'm very glad next week is Recovery Week #2 :) I'm looking forward to picking up Chest & Back and Shoulders & Arms again, too. I like them better than the Phase 2 set. They all work me hard, though. I also finally received my Iron Woody bands and tried them out last week. They work really well!! I felt a nice burn in my lats that I never experienced using a chair to assist. I'm back on track with eating, too. 100% clean yesterday and so far today, too. I'll be crystal clean from here on out. I really want to be able to SEE all the progress I've made, and clean eating is the only way!!

The REAL Week 6
I'm still here, just busy and not on the computer very much. I finished up last week strong and this week is going well, too. Monday I did Cathe's Imax 3 Blast Only premix (adding on warm-up and stretch as well) but was very busy with the kiddos and did not get to Tony. I doubled up yesterday to make up and did both Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and Plyo X. That was tough, but in a good way. I'm definitely feeling it today, too! My chest is on fire (I added in lots more push-ups) and my core is sore despite skipping ARX (since I'll be doing it today I didn't want to do it 2 days in a row). It must be all that core stabilization from the push-ups. This morning's bonus cardio was Cathe's 4 Day Split Higher Intensity Step cardio only. Despite the name, it's still only moderate intensity. It's fun and quick, though. Just right after yesterday :) This afternoon will be ARX (and NO skipping out!) and Back & Biceps. I ordered some Iron Woody bands for assisted pull-ups, but despite ordering 2 WEEKS ago, they only shipped yesterday :( I'm really looking forward to using them instead of a chair. Maybe they'll arrive by Friday, in time for Legs & Back.
Nutrition has been ok, but not as clean as it should be. I haven't tracked cals (lack of computer time), but I've been eating (mostly) clean. I'll be tracking again starting today to make sure I stay on track and get back to not just mostly clean eating but completely clean eating. I know I won't get as good results if I don't. My weight is fine, holding steady for the most part (average, I have ups and downs from day to day). I have a week and a half left until my next recovery week, and boy am I looking forward to it!!

BRINGING IT!!
This week is a huge improvement over last week. I've done all my workouts (including bonus cardio) on schedule and with good effort this week. My hip is back about 98% and yoga was very do-able yesterday. Today I did Cathe's 4 day split Bootcamp cardio and later on it will be ARX and Legs & Back. I'm less sore now and looking forward to my rest day on Sunday. This has been the hardest week since week 1 so far. I've been sore all over my body, in a good way. I'm looking forward to some good improvements next week, too. Nutrition is back in swing now, too. I'm still struggling to get in enough protein to get to 50% of my cals from protein, but as long as I'm eating more protein than carbs each day, I'm happy. Plenty of water, too, and the water weight I put on last week is now gone as well :D :D :D Chug, chug, chug...

Week 5 Do-over
I've decided, instead of calling this week 6, to re-do week 5. My effort just wasn't good enough last week, between being sick, somewhat injured and all the holiday crazies. This week has been great so far, though :D Yesterday was Plyo X and Seg. 2 of Stretch Max. My cardiovascular fitness is improving, too, b/c despite taking the "more intensity" option on many of the moves in Plyo yesterday(including those blasted tuck jumps!), my HR didn't go as high as previous times. Today, I did Cathe's Imax 2 Blast Mania premix and later on, I'll be doing ARX and Back & Biceps. I'm seeing good improvements with strength and endurance, too. Just Monday I was finally able to do all 349 "core slash ab ripping" exercises in ARX :D :D :D Now to add more intensity!
My eating is now back on track, too :) I'm already just about back to my normal weight after retaining a bunch of water. I'm aiming for a more strict macro ratio of 30% carbs/50% protein/20% fat for 1-2 weeks, or until I run out of energy. Then it's back to 40/40/20. I'm hoping to re-start the fat loss process that way. I'm looking forward to BRINGING IT the rest of this week, too!
